Join us in reaching one neighbor, one neighborhood at a time with the good news of Jesus.

God has given each of us the opportunity to make a difference in our community and our world by joining in with those who give to the Kingdom of God.

Why do we give?

At Fellowship Church, we give not to earn God’s favor, but in response to His grace through Jesus. Generosity flows from a heart that worships, and as we give, we’re shaped to look more like Him. Giving teaches us to trust God with everything, recognizing that all we have comes from Him. He invites us to use those gifts to join His mission of making disciples. When we give, God is glorified, our hearts grow, and lives are changed, here and around the world.

Why give to fellowship church?

At Fellowship Church we make a strong commitment to stewarding the resources God entrusts to us. Every dollar we receive is put back into growing the Kingdom of God and fulfilling our mission. This includes ministry on our local campuses, in our communities, and our international church partners and missionaries. Thank you for being a part of what God is doing. Your generosity is making a difference.

God – we’re going to trust you, even if it’s hard, we’re still going to trust you because we know that your plan is greater.” – Emily

Other ways to give

Mail a check

This is the church’s preferred method for giving large, one-time gifts because it eliminates transaction fees. Checks can be made payable to “Fellowship Church” and dropped off at any location during service or mailed to:

Fellowship Church, ATTN: Finance
15326 Fishhawk Blvd.
Lithia, FL 33547

Stocks & Mutual Funds*

Giving appreciated securities like stock or mutual funds often allows you to maximize your giving! While selling a security could result in a capital gains tax liability, giving appreciated stock directly to the church could help you avoid that tax. If you'd like more information about giving stock or mutual funds, please reach out to us via email!

IRA Distributions & Estate Planning*

Giving from your IRA is a great way to support the church, especially to satisfy a required minimum distribution. Please refer to the IRS website for more information.

*As always, please consult with a tax professional or financial advisor to see if this could be a good way to give for you.

“I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve in the student ministry for more reasons than I count. Although not a group leader, I love witnessing God moving in the lives of these students and transforming their character. It’s inspiring to witness these students take the gospel home and into the community. The student leaders are committed to connecting with and showing up for these students week after week, and it’s transformational to witness. I am grateful to be a part of this incredible group.”

“Serving in the children’s ministry is important to Michael and me because we believe we are called to be stewards of what God has entrusted to us. It’s a way for us to share the love of Jesus with young hearts, helping to plant seeds of faith and hope. By serving, we demonstrate to our own children the importance of giving back, showing compassion, and living out the teachings of Christ in real, tangible ways. This ministry is a reminder that we all have a role in nurturing the next generation spiritually.”

"The serve team experience was a great team-building event. I think that's when we connected as a group. It helped us as much, possibly even more than the people we were helping."

SERVE WEEKEND

75,000
MEALS PACKED

“Serve weekend was a humbling and heartwarming experience that allowed us to work alongside neighbors, all focused on the same purpose. Adults and kids of all ages had various roles—measuring, sealing, and packing boxes. It was more than just filling bags; it was about realizing the impact of community and the importance of giving back. Seeing our kids’ pride in helping others reminded us all of the power of small acts when done with love and purpose.”

Our Giving Commitment

1

TRUST IS EARNED

The staff must prove themselves worthy of that trust every day of every year. We will always be honest with you and our church and fully cooperate with the Finance Team and Pastoral Council to retain the church’s trust.

2

TRANSPARENCY IS NEEDED

Neither our pastors nor our staff will knowingly withhold any financial information from the Finance Team or Pastoral Council. Everything our staff does and all that our staff spends will be on the table and accessible for the Finance Team to see.

3

ACCOUNTABILITY IS REQUIRED

Church funds may only be dispersed according to the policies of the Finance Team. No one pastor has access to church funds. Every pastor, just like every other staff member, has to fill out check requests and provide receipts and justification for any expenditures.

4

INTEGRITY IS ESSENTIAL

Our goal as a team is to walk through ministry and at the end of every year come out on the other side with no one able to honestly say that they misused church funds in any way. The staff considers your gifts to this church to be a sacred trust.

5

STEWARDSHIP IS KEY

We believe every dollar that is given to this church is a gift to be stewarded. The Pastors, staff, and lay leadership teams are committed to working in tandem to accomplish the church’s mission of leading people to encounter Jesus and experience life to the full. Our lay teams work with our staff as partners in ministry. Staff leaders are open to hearing alternative ideas, and together, find the best answers for the church. We have no other goal than accomplishing God’s mission for this church alongside our staff.

6

MARGIN IS IMPORTANT

Finally, we strive to keep our church fiscally strong and, Lord willing, have margin so that we can continue to bless communities one neighborhood, one neighbor at a time.

At Fellowship Church, we believe that giving is a response to the gift of grace and mercy that we have received from God through Jesus. We don’t give to earn God’s favor or because He requires us to; rather, giving flows from a heart that worships Jesus. And as we give generously, our lives are transformed to look more like Jesus..

Giving teaches us to trust God and submit everything to Him because everything we have comes from Him. God doesn’t need our gifts, resources, or energy, but He gives them to us so that we might use them to actively pursue the mission that He’s given His church to make disciples. When we give generously, God is glorified, our hearts are transformed, and lives are changed in Lithia and around the world.

We give because God changes lives in our community and around the world through our giving. Your giving supports the mission of our church to love God, love the church, love the city, and love the nations. To understand how your giving impacts this mission, view our annual report.
