Short Answer
Sometimes life feels so heavy that you don’t even know what to say to God. The Bible reminds us that God is still close, even when all we have is silence.
Why is it hard to pray when I’m struggling?
When you’re overwhelmed, tired, or hurting, finding the right words can feel impossible.
You might wonder if you’re praying the right way or if God even hears you.
But God is not looking for perfect words. He wants an honest relationship.
Does God still help me when I feel weak?
Yes. God does not leave us to carry pain alone.
Romans 8:26 says, “The Spirit helps us in our weakness.”
The Bible explains that even when we don’t know what to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us.
Jesus understands suffering because he experienced it himself. He meets us with compassion, not frustration.
How do I start praying again?
Start with honesty.
Tell God exactly where you are:
“I’m tired.”
“I’m confused.”
“I need help.”
A simple, honest prayer is enough.
Jesus is closer than you think, even in the moments when you don’t have the words.
